I’m excited to post the second audio yoga class by Yoga Inner Spirit. This 20-minute practice is a gentle, slow stretching sequence — great for a morning stretch, an evening practice before bed, or when a more active practice would not be appropriate (e.g., low energy, illness, monthly cycle).
