The combined practice of yoga and journal writing help you tap into your long-standing beliefs, which ultimately lead to your choices. The more you become aware of your own thoughts and feelings, the easier it is to make the choices that open the door to your highest Self.
Attend this workshop to stretch your body, increase your awareness through reflective writing, and ultimately make healthier choices. Please bring a journal, pen or pencil to write, and coloured pencil crayons or markers. We will be writing while sitting on the floor, so please make sure you have a hard surface to write on.
