Yoga and Reflective Writing: Exploring Your Subconscious Mind Workshop

Do you long for a change in a particular area of your life? Do you desire a greater sense of peace in difficult situations?

To change anything in our lives, we need to make different choices. To make different choices, we need to be aware of unconscious thoughts. The combined practice of yoga and journal writing help you tap into your long-standing beliefs, which ultimately lead to your choices. The more you become aware of your own thoughts and feelings, the easier it is to make the choices that open the door to your highest Self.

Attend this workshop to stretch your body, increase your awareness through reflective writing, and ultimately make healthier choices. Please bring a journal, pen or pencil to write, and coloured pencil crayons or markers. We will be writing while sitting on the floor, so please make sure you have a hard surface to write on.

Hip Opener Workshop

Need to get your hips moving without pain? Many of us sit or stand for the greater part of the day, which results in tight hips. In addition, mental and emotional stress are often held in our hips leading to joint stiffness and muscle aching. In this workshop, we will start by slowly moving the hip joint to activate the muscles. As we gain mobility, we will then focus on stretching the soft tissues and relaxing the connective tissues with yoga postures that are sure to provide a deep release.
