- Module 1: Examine what forgiveness means to you. Sue and Angela discuss various aspects about what forgiveness is before Sue leads you to completing the Emotional Hooks exercise.
- Module 2: Continue to explore forgiveness and the role GUILT plays. Use your list from Call #1 to dive deeper into one particular situation or person you want to forgive.
- Module 3: Explore the cave of forgiveness and see what you discover! Enjoy the call and get ready to meditate and journal write as well.
- Module 4: Bring it all together and find forgiveness for what needs to be forgiven. And find peace!
