Do you have habitual thoughts you can’t stop? To calm our minds and change our habits, we need to understand how the body and mind work together. Take the practice of Hatha yoga far beyond a series of physical exercises by combining it with journal writing. This workshop includes a gentle yoga practice as well as written reflection to explore how the body and mind work together.
