Gentle yoga focuses on stretching and breathing, not feats of strength or extreme flexibility. Still, don’t expect to spend the whole class on the floor wrapped in a blanket! Gentle yoga is great for beginners or people who are inflexible, stiff, or recovering from injuries. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
