Take some time for yourself to truly restore. Allow your nervous system to relax completely with very supportive postures, using yoga props. Gentle mobility and breath work will be incorporated with longer held ‘restorative’ postures to allow you to unwind into a state of relaxed bliss. All levels welcome. Modifications will be offered to suit your body’s range of motion and comfort zone.
