Explore gentle and gradual progression through postures that help release and strengthen areas of tightness and instability. Using the support of a barre, chairs, the wall and small props, the principles of Yoga will be adapted to increase your flexibility, strength, coordination and balance while enhancing your body awareness and wellbeing. This class is designed specifically for participants who have multiple sclerosis and other neurological conditions.
