Our physical body provides our stability. However, when the body is not in harmony, we can experience tightness, heaviness, and pain. These in turn can lead to negative stress, anxiety, and disease. Attend this workshop to explore how yoga poses present an opportunity to look at obstacles in your yoga practice and in life—and discover how to cope with them.
Yoga and journal writing experience are not required. Appropriate for all levels. Please bring a journal and something to write with.
