Join experienced yoga teacher Angela Wiens for a weekend of gentle yoga movement and inner reflection journal writing. In this weekend retreat, you will be invited to relax and practice mindfulness. Create a greater awareness of your needs through self-care and a deeper connection with nature. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, pen, journal, pillow and blanket. No yoga or writing experience is required. Accommodations and meals not included; however, we’ll share lunches together, potluck style.
