Sore and stiff backs can prevent us from performing the activities we like to do. If you have pain or injuries in the back, neck, shoulders, or hips, this class focuses on strengthening muscles to maintain a healthy back by increasing movement in the spine and improving postural alignment. Relaxation techniques will also be introduced to alleviate symptoms of discomfort and improve overall well-being. All levels welcome; no experience necessary.
