For those with pain or injuries in the back, neck, shoulders, this class focuses on strengthening muscles to maintain a healthy back by increasing movement in the spine and improving postural alignment. The use of props in both active and more restful postures makes the poses accessible for all fitness levels.
Relaxation techniques will also be introduced to alleviate symptoms of discomfort and improve overall well-being. All levels welcome, no previous yoga experience necessary. Bring a yoga mat.
