Yoga for Outdoor Activities

Activities with repetitive motion—golfing, running, skiing, snowboarding, hiking and biking—can cause major tightness and muscular imbalances in the body. Join this yoga class that incorporates flexibility (to increase your range of motion), strength (to increase endurance), balance (to improve your stance and prevent injury), core conditioning (to strengthen abdominal and back muscles), breathing awareness (to increase concentration), and relaxation. All are welcome—you don’t have to be an outdoor enthusiast to benefit from this practice.
