If you feel constantly under pressure, overwhelmed, and unable to cope, life can become a burden instead of a joy. This gentle practice is for you if you feel depleted after a stressful day of work or during a difficult time in which you feel anxious or exhausted. We will focus on being grounded by calming the nervous system and quieting the mind, as well as being open by moving the body in slow sequences. Breathing techniques and mindful meditation will also be introduced.
