You’ve heard that “yoga is good for you” but, quite frankly, there is no way you’re buying the latest yoga wear and heading to a trendy yoga studio. And the last time you touched your toes was—who can remember? But still, you’d like to give this yoga thing a try. Well, look no further. This yoga class is designed specifically for those who are less than limber, who have rigid muscles, or for those who simply need to get moving. Flexibility is something we can all improve with practice. We’ll use props and modifications to make the poses accessible for everybody.
