Hatha yoga is a mindful practice, focused on alignment and form, breath awareness and calming of the mind through relaxation and meditation while challenging the body’s endurance. Hatha yoga strives towards balance of mind and body through physical postures or ‘asanas’ while challenging your poise, balance and increasing your strength and flexibility. This 45-minute class will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed!
