Cultivating Gratitude Through Journal Writing

As Deepak Chopra says, “Gratitude opens the door to … the power, the wisdom, the creativity of the universe.” Join this workshop from the comfort of your home to cultivate more gratitude in your life. Doing so helps to eliminate toxic emotions and opens the door to abundance. Explore yoga beyond the physical poses and explore the Raja yoga of your mind.

Beginner’s Guide to the Chakras Workshop

Attend this workshop to learn the basics about the ancient system of chakras, a network of energy centres that directly relate to your overall health. We’ll discuss the function and psychology of the seven major chakras, and practice movement and breathing exercises for each chakra. If you look at your life at the level of each chakra, you’ll find an approach for wholeness and balance. Learn what it means to have an excessive or deficient chakra and how this may affect you in everyday life. The practical exercises will get you started on your journey of chakra awareness.

Hip Opener Workshop

Need to get your hips moving without pain? Many of us sit or stand for the greater part of the day, which results in tight hips. In addition, mental and emotional stress are often held in our hips leading to joint stiffness and muscle aching. In this workshop, we will start by slowly moving the hip joint to activate the muscles. As we gain mobility, we will then focus on stretching the soft tissues and relaxing the connective tissues with yoga postures that are sure to provide a deep release.
